It’s not always the bits you can see! This is the front plinth on our HC600. This brings the hab level up to cab level to make for a more comfortable seating position, we also use this to integrate the heating pipe and instead of finishing with a straight run of ply we carry out a calculated kerf cut to give it a nice seamlessly integrated curve. #camper #camperconversion #woodwork #carpentry #devon #cornwall #fiatcamper #peugeotcamper #vwcamper #joinery #bespoke #campervan

The word ‘Bespoke’ gets thrown around allot these days however here is an example of a proper bespoke design, our customer requested some different locations of both roof vents on a current HC600 conversion we have in at the moment, due to the different offset location of the roof vents to ensure proper water tight fitment we have utilised cad data of the vehicle and designed these gaskets allowing proper fitment of the roof vents!
